Assist the Board of Directors in following and upholding the Declaration, By-laws and Rules of the Association by providing information and education in order to assist with making informed decisions while being guided with the mission of maintaining and/or increasing property values and quality of life within the Association.
In efforts to promote a healthy and harmonious community, strive to meet the day-to-day administrative and maintenance requests of the membership with timely communication and follow-through.
KareCondo strives to be a leader in setting industry standards by raising the level of education, professionalism, and interaction with its Associations, related local government and industry organizations.
Communicate and interact with the board members, association membership, vendors and contractors, and each other with the same professionalism, respect and integrity that we would expect from anyone that communicates and interacts with KareCondo.
