Bruce A.Cedar, CMCA, AMS, RS

is the President of KareCondo, as well as an Association Property Manager.  Bruce is currently a member in good standing with the Community Association Institute (CAI) and is involved in ongoing education in Community Property Management.  Through this membership Bruce has achieved the certification of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), the designations of Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Reserve Specialist (RS).  He is currently working towards the coveted designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).  Bruce’s formal educational background is in Business Management, Finance, and Accounting.  He has spent over twenty years in the financial services and wealth management industry and has over fifteen years of management experience.  Bruce also served eight years in the United States Marine Corps and is a proud decorated veteran of Desert Storm.  We at KareCondo believe that the over 15 years of management experience and knowledge that Bruce has obtained will assist to ignite the growth potential of KareCondo and provide for a higher standard of professionalism.

Ashlee N. Miller, CMCA, AMS

is an Association Property Manager with KareCondo.  Ashlee is a member in good standing with the Community Association Institute (CAI) and is involved in ongoing education in Community Management.  Through this membership Ashlee has achieved the certification of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and the designations of Association Management Specialist (AMS).  She is currently working towards the coveted designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).  Ashlee’s formal educational background is in Business Management.  Ashlee’s has been either assisting or managing associations for over three years.  We at KareCondo believe that Ashlee is a bright young mind with youthful enthusiasm towards assisting KareCondo in providing the customer service excellence that we strive for.  KareCondo looks forward to assisting Ashlee in continuing her career in the world of Association Management.

Brenda Wentland 

is an Association Property Manager with KareCondo.  Brenda has been an Association Property Manager for over 20 years.  She is currently a member in good standing with the Community Association Institute (CAI) and is involved in ongoing education in Community Management.  Brenda also regularly attends educational seminars sponsored by Kaman & Cusimano, association attorneys, to keep apprised of the ever changing laws that effect association living.  She has served as Board President of her own community for three years and has experienced many of the same frustrations, problems and concerns that board members and owners experience on a daily basis.  We believe that with Brenda’s vast experience and continued education that she is a valuable asset to KareCondo and those associations that she manages.

Ron Lindeen, CPA 

is KareCondo’s Financial Manager.  Ron is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and has obtained the certificate of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  He has over 15 years experience in office management and small business consulting.  Ron’s current responsibilities at KareCondo are to process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for the associations that KareCondo is contracted to manage, as well as, facilitate the production of the On-Site Reserve Study’s that are performed by KareCondo.  He also regularly attends educational seminars sponsored by Kaman & Cusimano, association attorneys, to keep apprised of the ever changing laws that effect association living.  Ron Lindeen is a welcome addition to the KareCondo team and is a vital part of our ever expanding service base.

Brandi McBride-Fulmer 

is the Receptionist at KareCondo.  Brandi is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in English.  She has over five years of customer service experience in the financial services industry.  Brandi’s current responsibilities at KareCondo are to run the day-to day operations of KareCondo’s office and to provide administrative and clerical support to the association management team.  We believe that Brandi’s experience in business and customer service will support KareCondo in providing the customer service excellence that we strive for.

Mila A. Orio-Cedar, RN 

is a part-time back office support person for KareCondo.  Mila is a graduate of Loma Linda University in CA with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing.  She assists the KareCondo team in preparing monthly maintenance fee statements and other back office services.  As the spouse of Bruce Cedar, Mila has a vested interest in the success of KareCondo and is willing to provide her support where needed.  The KareCondo team greatly appreciates Mila's efforts and assistance.
